2. Booking and Scheduling
- Scheduling: Moves must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Pickup and Delivery Windows: Pickup and delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, or logistical conditions.
- Changes in Schedule: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees.
3. Moving Rates
- Rate Calculation: Moving rates are based on factors such as the size of the move, distance, and any additional services requested. Contact us for a personalized quote.
- Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply for services such as expedited moving, handling specialty items (e.g., pianos, antiques), or navigating non-standard locations.
4. Packing and Preparation Requirements

Monroe Moves reserves the right to refuse any improperly packed items. Packing and unpacking services are available upon request for an additional fee.
5. Delivery and Transit Times
- Estimated Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at booking and are influenced by the moving destination, selected service type, and other logistics considerations.
- Transit Delays: Monroe Moves is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays and work to complete your move as quickly as possible.

8. Restricted and Prohibited Items
